Road Less Traveled
Road Less Traveled
Road Less Traveled, Cades Cove, Great Smoky Mountains.
The story behind the image:
Road Less Traveled was photographed on Hyatt Lane in Cades Cove. The early morning fog creates an ever-changing landscape in the Cove. As I wandered down Hyatt Lane the scene reminded me of the last line in the Robert Frost poem, The Road Not Taken:
I shall be telling this with a sigh
Somewhere ages and ages hence:
Two roads diverged in a wood, and I -
I took the one less traveled by,
And that has made all the difference.
I hope that you enjoy my Road Less Traveled image as much as I enjoyed photographing it.
The goal of my photography is to capture a moment in time, and to share with the viewer the beauty that I observed. My images are single images. I use a program called Lightroom to process my RAW image to prepare them for printing. The image is then printed in the USA on metal or archival quality professional photo paper which is mounted and coated for durability. All images are copyright protected and reproduction in any format is strictly prohibited.
