Hyatt Lane Deep Freeze

Hyatt Lane Deep Freeze is perfect in any location in your home or office; but it is particularly spectacular over a fireplace when printed in a 24x36 size. 

The story behind the image:

Hyatt Lane Deep Freeze was photographed on Hyatt Lane in Cades Cove in the Great Smoky Mountains. Hyatt Lane was closed to vehicles on this day. The tracks in the snow are from the Ranger's vehicle. I walked down the lane to capture the trees covered with hoarfrost. The windchill was in the single digits, but the image of this winter wonderland was worth braving the elements.

The goal of my photography is to capture a moment in time, and to share with the viewer the beauty that I observed. My images are single images. I use a program called Lightroom to process my RAW image to prepare them for printing.
