Golden Light
Golden Light
Golden Light, Cades Cove, Great Smoky Mountains.
The story behind the image:
Golden Light was photographed in Cades Cove on the bridge over Abrams Creek. The morning light backlit the trees and the sun cast a beautiful golden hue over the area. The fog rising from the creek added an air of mystery to the scene. To capture the image, I laid down on the bridge. Luckily there was not much traffic!
I hope that you enjoy my Golden Light image as much as I enjoyed photographing it. The image is truly spectacular when printed on Metal with a gloss finish.
The goal of my photography is to capture a moment in time, and to share with the viewer the beauty that I observed. My images are single images. I use a program called Lightroom to process my RAW image to prepare them for printing. The image is then printed in the USA on metal or archival quality professional photo paper which is mounted and coated for durability. All images are copyright protected and reproduction in any format is strictly prohibited.
